About Us

The Tamil Nadu Journal of Health Research and Innovation (TNJHRI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access quarterly journal dedicated to promoting excellence in health research and innovation. The journal provides a global platform for researchers, healthcare professionals, academicians, and students to publish high-quality scientific contributions.

TNJHRI welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, narrative reviews, case reports, case series, short communications, and evidence-based healthcare studies covering medicine, nursing, allied health sciences, physiotherapy, pharmacy, public health, healthcare technology, and clinical innovations.

JOURNAL INFORMATION

Information for Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to TNJHRI should prepare the following files according to journal submission requirements.

File 1: Title Page / First Page / Covering Letter

Manuscript details: Type of manuscript, title, running title, names of authors, academic qualifications, designations, affiliations, and institutional details.
Article information: Total number of pages, photographs, abstract word count, main text word count, tables, and figures.
Sources of support: Details regarding grants, equipment support, drugs, or financial assistance.
Acknowledgements: Contributions that do not qualify for authorship, technical assistance, and financial support.

Clinical trial registration: Registration number and registry URL must be provided for clinical trials.
Conflict of interest: Financial and non-financial relationships of all authors must be disclosed.
Authorship criteria: Authors must fulfil internationally accepted authorship requirements.
Approval statement: All authors should confirm that they have reviewed and approved the final manuscript.
Corresponding author details: Complete name, institutional address, email address, and contact details.

File 2: Blinded Article File

The blinded manuscript should contain the abstract, main text, references, tables, and figures without author names, institutional information, or acknowledgements. The document should follow double-blind peer review requirements and should be submitted in an editable document format.

Tables

Tables should be clear, self-explanatory, and numbered sequentially.
Avoid duplication of information already provided in the text.
Use appropriate titles and explain abbreviations in footnotes.
Tables should not exceed journal formatting limits.

Illustrations (Figures)

Images should be uploaded in JPEG format with appropriate resolution.
Figures must be numbered according to their citation order.
All labels, symbols, and numbers should be clear and readable.
