All manuscripts submitted to TNJHRI must be original, must not have been published previously, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts considered suitable for further evaluation are sent for external peer review. TNJHRI follows a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other to the extent practicable.
Reviewers assess originality, scientific quality, methodology, ethical standards, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field.
The Editor-in-Chief or designated editor makes the final editorial decision after considering the reviewers' comments, manuscript quality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal.
TNJHRI is an open-access journal providing online access to its published articles. Articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), subject to the applicable license terms.

TNJHRI does not charge a manuscript submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of INR 2,000 is applicable to accepted manuscripts, according to the journal's publication-charge policy.
